HALL RENTAL
Room Charge: $500.00
All wedding receptions are based on a five hour rental with the following hours applying:
The Neighborhood Club may be obtained for an extra hour for an additional charge of $ 300.00; however, this is at the discretion of the manager on duty and should be requested no later than one hour prior to the end of your scheduled function.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE
An initial deposit of $500.00 and a contract agreement are required to reserve the Neighborhood Club. A second deposit of $1,000.00 is due twelve months prior to the wedding and a third deposit of $1,000.00 is due ten months prior to the wedding. A fourth deposit of $1,000.00 is due eight months prior to the wedding, and a final deposit of $1,000.00 is due six months prior to the wedding, for a total of $4,500.00 - which will be subtracted from your final balance.
Deposits are non-refundable. Balance due 48 hours prior to the wedding.
GUARANTEE
A guaranteed guest count must be confirmed with the Neighborhood Club ten days prior to the reception.
Figure given will be your guarantee and this amount will be charged, even if your attendance is less. A minimum number of 125 persons on Saturday night and a minimum of 100 persons on Friday, Saturday afternoon, and Sunday is required with a maximum amount of 195. These numbers are based on 10 persons per table.
SECURITY
By city ordinance, a policeman may be required at some functions.
MENU SELECTION
Menu selections are required five weeks prior to the reception. The Function Coordinator from the Neighborhood
Club will contact you six weeks prior to set up an appointment. The Neighborhood Club has evening and weekend hours available for your convenience.
A 5% state meals tax and 20% House Charge will be added.
