Buffet Menu Choices
STEAMSHIP ROUND BUFFET
Our Steamship Round Buffet includes a Choice of one Appetizer and one Salad, as well as a selection of Assorted French Rolls and butter. The Entrée is a hand carved Steamship Round of Beef, accompanied by a rich Demi-Glace Sauce with a choice of one Vegetable and one Potato.
It includes your choice of one of our fine Desserts, as well as Coffee, Tea and Decaf to complete your dinner.
DELUXE BUFFET
Our Deluxe Buffet is a particularly fine menu which includes a choice of Appetizer, Salad, and a selection of Entrées to please even the toughest palate.
Entrées include our Baked Filet of Sole, stuffed with a delicate mix of Seafood and Seasoned Crumbs, topped with a Lobster Courvoisier Sauce. Next sample the tender Boneless Breast of Chicken simmered in Sweet Marsala Wine Sauce and finally try the Roast Sirloin Strip of Beef, hand carved by our Chef and accompanied by an Au Poivre Sauce. Add a choice of Potato and Vegetable to complete your entrée.
Finish off your meal with a selection from our Dessert menu served with Coffee, Tea and Decaf.
20% House charge and 5% sales tax will be added
